The Santa Lucia Hall is located near 7th & Pierce Streets in the heart of Omaha’s Little Italy neighborhood. It was purchased in the late 1920’s from the City of Omaha for $1,235. The building was originally built to house several Omaha Fire Engine Companies in the early 20th Century.

This is the same building where the festival committee has held its monthly meetings since the building was acquired in the late 1920′s from the City of Omaha. Members are currently redoing some of the woodwork, replacing doors and windows, and researching ways to conduct a significant renovation of the historic Omaha landmark.

The Santa Lucia Hall is available for small gatherings (77 persons or less). Kitchen is available to plate and serve food. However, amenities, such as stove and oven are not available. Up to $500 per rental/day.
